EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your order, we are happy to exchange or refund any item purchased online (excluding sale items).  

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase; 30 days starts from the date of purchase to when it is received at our warehouse.
  2. Item(s) must be unworn and in new condition.
  3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition.

If your item(s) matches all of these conditions, please follow our instructions below:

  • Inform us of your intent to return by contacting us at info@franch.co.nz
  • Place the item(s) in the original packaging
  • Complete the returns form and return it with your order.

REPAIRS:

We will repair any manufacturing fault at no cost within 12 months of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.

Manufacturing faults do not include:

  • Chipped, cracked or broken gemstones
  • Broken chains
  • General wear and tear including rings that have bent out of shape or oxidised
  • Plating that has worn off
  • Wear and tear on leather

Any item that was purchased outside of the 12 month warranty period will be charged for repair/replacement. We will assess the issue and quote you the cost before proceeding with the repair.

Please complete the repair form and include it with your return.

    

We recommend using a traceable and insured method to make sure your item is returned to us safely.

Please note that good things take time, and while we work hard to get the best possible outcome for our customers as quickly as possible, some returns may take up to 10 working days to be completed.
