TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All exchanges are subject to availability
• Sale item(s) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
• Refunds will not be given if the goods have been damaged by you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning goods.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

We may cancel an order if the Product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product.

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER:

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us on returns@franch.co.nz. No cancellation fees apply. Once an order has been dispatched it may not be cancelled and the item must instead be returned us according to guidelines provided under Returns and Exchanges.

CURRENCY

Franch is a New Zealand company so all orders will be charged in New Zealand Dollars.
